量表简介:

量表分为六个维度:区分情绪(1-7)、言语分享(8-10)、不隐藏情绪(11-15)、躯体意识(16-20)、关注他人情绪(21-25)与分析情绪(26-30)。

Differentiating Emotions 

*1.I am often confused or puzzled about what I am feeling
