Likert5点计分，1代表“完全不符合”，5代表“完全符合”，得分越高表示不确定性容忍度越低
量表分为四个维度：不确定性导致无法行动（1、9、12-15、20、22、25），不确定性是压力和不安的（2-7、15、17、24、26），意外事件是负面的，应该避免（8、10、11、19、21），对未来不确定是不公平的（16、18、23、27）。
