采用七级计分，1 代表从来没有，7 代表总是，得分越高，表示学习投入水平越高。
分为活力 ( 6 个项目; 例题: “学习时，我感到精力充沛”) 、奉献 ( 5 个项 目; 例题: “我因我的学习而感自豪”) 、专注 ( 6 个项目; 例题: “学习时， 我感到时间 过得很快”) 三个维度。
