5点计分，1代表“完全不符合”，5代表“完全符合”，API得分越高说明正性注意偏向越明显，ANI得分越高说明负性注意偏向越明显
量表分为两个分量表：前11项为正性信息注意分量表 (API) ，后11项为负性信息注意分量表 (ANI) 。
